As a registered Psychologist and Coach, I am regularly coaching individuals
and groups to

  • Develop
  • Improve a skill, or
  • Improve performance.

These coaching engagements often involve several coaching sessions aimed at clearly articulating a coaching goal (often aligned to one of the areas above), exploring some options around addressing that goal, and devising solutions to achieve the goal.

Coaching sessions that follow this framework are often very targeted and focused toward driving an outcome. Whilst it is important to understand the cause of the problem, the focus of the coaching sessions may be to formulate a way forward or a solution.

My own coaching qualifications include:
  • M. Organisational Psychology, UNSW
  • M. Science in Coaching Psychology, USYD (completing)
  • Member of the British Psychology Society’s division of coaching psychology
  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society’s division of coaching psychology.
